After the arrival at the Taipei Taoyuan Airport and passing the immigration, you only need to call the service phone number on the order form and we will send a car and transport you to the office of Gharry Car Rental (Taoyuan Airport Office) in about 15 minutes for car pick-up. This is a free shuttle service and an appointment in advance is required.
When you return the car, you also need to return it to the office of Gharry Car Rental (Taoyuan Airport Office). After the completion of the car checking, we will also provide a free shuttle service to the Taipei Taoyuan Airport or the High Speed Rail Taoyuan Station. An appointment in advance is required for this free service.

When you book a car rental, you may choose to return the car at the Taipei Taoyuan Airport, Songshan Airport, Taichung Airport, Tainan Airport, or Kaohsiung International Airport. However, in these regions advance bookings are required and change of bookings are not accepted.
